  An experienced case manager is sought for outstanding reintegration program serving juvenile delinquents. The position entails visiting youth during residential placement to insure that services provided are relevant to the reality of family and community; develop and oversee reintegration plan; visit families during child's placement; and provide 90 days of continuing care (aka, aftercare) upon a child's return to the community. Some travel is required as well as a Bachelor's degree (or greater) with 4+ years working with delinquent youth and good working knowledge of community resources are required.
